How do I make a return?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the magnets, I can't accept returns. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact me and I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue. 

I'm unhappy with my magnets can I get a refund?

If you placed a custom magnet order, due to the nature of the order, I can't issue a refund. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact me and I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue.

What is the magnet processing time?

The average time to process an order is 72 hours from time of receipt to time of shipment. 

What are your business hours? 

My business hours are M-F 9-4. I will do my absolute best to provide a quick and efficient response to all inquiries made through email and social media requests.
